100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. The aging is done in barrique for 24 months and then in bottle for 10 months. Appearance is Garnet with a claret rim, aroma of red cherries, vanilla, cooking spices, palate is full bodied with firm tannins, smooth acidity, red berries, white pepper, cassis, with a light balsamic touch. Long lasting finish that requires another sip…then another. The In & Out is a limited production wine that comes out once a year.
