In-Store Purchases

Change of Mind

You may return an unopened item to the store for an exchange for other merchandise within 7 days of purchase. A receipt is required for all returns. Items will be inspected by the store’s manager for damage, including heat exposure.

If you determine that there is nothing that you would like to exchange for at that time, a store credit will be issued to your account.

Item Spoiled or Corked

If you have determined an item to be spoiled or corked after opening, you may return the item to the store within 7 days of purchase for an identical replacement. If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. Do not pour the product out. 75% of the bottle’s original contents is required to claim the item as spoiled or corked. If the bottle’s closure type is cork, please also bring the cork with you at the time of the return.

Special Orders

Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders Shipped/Delivered

Casa Jimenez is committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. All of the items on our website are in-stock in our temperature controlled store and available for immediate shipment. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at 813-374-2106. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation.

Order Damaged in Transit

Casa Jimenez uses specially designed packaging of the highest quality to protect your wine in transit. However, in the unusual event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. We may require the return of unopened bottles. We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Cancellations

A cancelled order is an order that has been placed and payment processed. A cancellation fee of 10% of the merchandise amount will be assessed at the time of refund. If the order ships,that cost too,will be assessed.

Returns

A returned order is any order that has be en delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer. This includes orders returned due to failed delivery attempts as result of adult signature not available. Upon receipt of a returned order back to our facility, a refund will be issued less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise amount.

Dissatisfaction with the Quality

Casa Jimenez is proud to offer great values on the world’s best wines. We work toward providing you with as much information as possible to help you make a selection you will enjoy, but we can not of course guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you may select. In the event you do experience a problem with the quality of a wine, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. If you would like to return an order for quality reasons, we may issue a store credit, less the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee.
