Quality Cheeses from Spain, and Europe. Each item comes with bread and olive oil.

Cheese made from Sheep milk. La Mancha, Spain.

Blue Cheese made from Goat/Cow milk. Asturias, Spain.

Cheese made from cow milk. Galicia, Spain.

Semi soft cheese made from Cow milk. Menorca Island, Spain.

Murcia al Vino “Drunken Goat”
A wine bathed semi soft cheese made from Goat milk. Murcia, Spain.

Jamon – (Cured Ham)
A selection of Serrano, Iberico, and Iberico de Bellota (Pata Negra)

A land race white pig fed grain/cereal. Aged 12 months.

Iberico de Cebo
A native hog from Western Spain, fed grain/cereal. Aged 24 months.

Iberico de Bellota (Acorn)
Considered to be the Monarchy or Jewel of Spain. This is a free range Iberian hog that mainly feeds off of the acorns from oak & cork trees. It is fed up to 10 kilos of acorns a day for the last three months of its life. Aged 36-48 months.

We also offer prepackaged ham for take home, in our retail store.
